YU, the sub-brand of Micromax has launched their latest smartphone, the YU Ace in the Entry level segment which comes almost a year after their earlier launch the YU Yureka 2 in India. The YU Ace targets the budget segment which comes with a 5.45-inch HD display with a resolution of 1440 x 720 pixels and has an 18:9 aspect ratio. The company has targetted MI by giving out a press “Forget MI”. The YU Ace comes with MediaTek MT6739WW 1.5GHz quad-core processor coupled with 2GB or 3GB RAM and has 16GB or 32GB internal storage variants which can be further expanded to 128GB using microSD card.
The YU Ace comes with a 13MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP front facing camera which also comes with a flash. It runs on Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box. It comes with a rear-facing fingerprint sensor and also has Face Unlock feature. The device comes with a plastic back panel and looks neat.

The YU Ace is priced at Rs. ₹5999 for the 2 GB RAM + 16 GB storage variant while the 3 GB RAM + 32 GB storage variant is priced at ₹6999. The device is Available exclusively on Flipkart from September 6.
