Sony has recently announced the Xperia C3 which it will be releasing first in China and the release date of the device around the world is not yet known. Sony will be announcing two models of this device which will be similar in specifications except for the presence of an extra SIM slot in the dual sim version.
Both the models on the Xperia C3 will be running on Android KitKat 4.4 out of the box. The maing feature which Sony is counting on is the Selfie craze which is all around the world and Sony has cleverly put a 5 MP camera on the front and a 8MP camera on the rear but the main feature is the presence of LED Flash which will help take better selfies in low light as well.
Sony has also introduced wide angle lens for the front camera to help take group slefies without cramping into the frame and making it easier to capture group selfies as well. The device also has some decent specifications apart from the front facing camera with LED flash.
Xperia C 3 has a 5.5 inch HD (720×1280 pixels) display which isTriluminos Bravia Engine 2 and the device is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor having 1 GB of RAM and Adreno 305 GPU chipset. The device runs on a 2500mAh battery which gives a decent 24 hours talk time. It has an inbuilt memory of 8 GB and supports expansion with microSD card up to 32 GB.
Sony Xperia C 3 is a decent phone which like all Sony devices can be said to be a nice and compact device with similar type of design and classy look, if you want a decent sized 156×78.5×7.6mm device weighing 150 grams then this is the one for you.
The main feature of the Camera is that it supports 36 scenes HDR mode and backlit mode. It also has Timeshift-burst for capturing images at 31 frames taken by the device over two seconds and combines them to give you a timeshift image. It also supports Panorama for capturing wide shots.
