Samsung Galaxy Alpha to be available from September

Samsung Alpha which was keeping the rumour mills active with the leaked soecifications, designs and the comparisons with other phones is now officially seen. The Samsung Alpha is going to be sporting a metal frame and is stuck with a similar design strategy which Samsung have been using in all their devices. To be frank this device looks like a combination of the iPhone 5S and the Galaxy S5 with some features of both devices being seen in the design.

One good thing is the including metal as many people are fed up with the plastic backs panels of even the high end flagship devices like S4 and S5. The design makes it even better with a thinned device as it is just 6.7 mm thick and only 115 grams which is thin compared to the earlier devices by samsung.

Samsung Galaxy Alpha to be released in September and its features and specifications

The Screen resolution is 1280×720 pixels and sports a Octa Core processor which is a Quad 1.8GHz + Quad 1.3 GHz processor and a Exynoz 5 chipset. The device also has a 2 GB RAM and internal storage of 32 GB. Now comes the bad part of the device which is a 1860 mAh battery which is below par to many other smartphones which are now in the 300 mAh category for this type of specifications.

It has a 12 MP rear camera and a 2.1 MP front camera and the rear camera will be able to shoot 4K Videos. the Galaxy Alpha is set to be available in September and with all the Samsung features like S Health, Fingerprint scanner, Private mode, Ultra Saving Mode etc .. which are available in other high end device from the company.

With looking at the new hardware from Samsung we are hoping that Note 4 will also be sporting this new metal body which Samsung has introduced with Alpha. And the rumours are also pointing at Note 4 being made with a new material which might be this.

So we have to wait for some more time for the Note 4 but the Alpha looks promising and hope this device gets samsung its much needed break as it is being dethroned in countries like India and China.
