The Chinese company Xiaomi which has made it clear that they will be launching RedMi 2 which was known with their puzzles which come up before the launch of any product. From the puzzle which Xiaomi released it was seen that the keywords mentioned are NVIDIA, EXPANDABLE, WIDE-ANGLE which are the features seen in RedMi 2.
Along with the earlier puzzle there was a second puzzle released by Xiaomi in their Facebook which suggests at another device with the keywords like Keplar, Tegra, Movies, Quick Charge, New, Dual SIM. All these keywords suggest at the all new Xiaomi MiPad which might be released along with the RedMi 2 on March 12th in India through Flipkat.
The Xiaomi MiPad comes with a 7.9-inch (2048 × 1536 pixels) display having 326 ppi and is powered by a 2.2 GHz NVIDIA Tegra K1 processor with 192-core Kepler GPU which is supported by 2GB of RAM and 16GB / 64GB of internal storage which can be expanded up to 128GB expandable memory with microSD card. The MiPad runs on Android-based MiUI ROM optimized for tablets. It comes with a 8-megapixel rear or primary camera and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. The device is powered by a 6700 mAh battery which is pretty good for the device and will be giving decent battery life.
Xiaomi RedMi 2 on the other hand comes with a 4.7 inch IPS LCD display with capacitive touch screen having 720 x 1280 pixels resolutionand having 312 PPI resolution. The Redmi 2 is powered by Qualcomm MSM8916 Snapdragon 410 SoC with Quad Core 1.2 GHz Cortex A53 processor and having Adreno 306 GPU which is supported by ½ GB RAM having two variants of 8GB and 16GB internal memory which can be expanded using microSD card upto 32GB.
Both the devices are great in features aspect and the pricing of the devices is yet to be known and the sale is going to be done as a flash sale through Flipkart on March 12th in India.
