OnePlus Two seems to be Benckmarked on Geekbench

OnePlus two which is giving the teases since long seems to have been Benchmarked in GeekBench which seems to be a benchmark done on a prototype device and not on a pre-production device because the CPU and the clock speed does not match up.

Coming to the OnePlus Two  launch which according to the CEO is suspected to be around the 3rd Quarter of 2015 and this is also going to be a flagship killer is what the company is saying. Recently some of the features of the OnePlus Two were revealed on Twitter by Carl Pei and Pete Lau. And the Benchmark listing also seems to be matching their update about the device.  The name of the device mentioned in the listing is given as OnePlus ONE A2001 and it was done on Mat 20th, 2015 according to the listing.

OnePlus two benchmark testing leaked

This device seems to be a prototype and not an early production device because of the clocking speed when compared to the CPU which is a Snapdragon 810 MSM8994 with 8 cores which is just clocking 1.55 GHz which seems that it is still in the testing phase. Because according to the other device running on Snapdragon 810 like the LG G Flex 2, Sony Xperia Z4 and HTC One M9 it clocks at 2GHz per core.

Coming to the other specifications about the Hardware like the RAM seems to be a bummer as there seems to be a 3GB RAM in this device and not a 4GB RAM which was expected seeing that there are other devices with 4GB RAM like the Xiaomi Mi Note Pro, Lenovo L80 and Asus Zenfone 2.

Coming to OS we may not get the Cyanogen 12S out of the box and it might come pre installed with the Oxygen OS and Android Lollipop 5.1 OS which is a slight disappointment and we have to wait and watch how users react to this as OnePlus One got a major boost because of its association with Cyanogen OS. Other features which are expected in this device are the presence of a QuadHD display along with a finger print sensor and expecting an improvement in battery life along with a solution for the heating issue and the Snapdragon 810 is being said heats up fast, so we have to see how OnePlus copes with that aspect. The company already announced that India will be one of the first countries to get their hands on the OnePlus Two in India.
