The Dispaly in the 6T is bigger and better with a tear drop shaped notch in comparison to the bar shaped notch in the OnePlus 6.
OnePlus 6T vs OnePlus 6 – Design:
The OnePlus 6T comes with a similar overall design with some minor changes like the tear drop shaped front Notch on the Display and the lack of Fingerprint sensor on the back of the device. Overall there is not much of a difference and you would like both.
OnePlus 6T vs OnePlus 6 – Fingerprint Sensor:
This is one the major changes with the Fingerprint sensor positioned under the Display in the lower half od the screen. The Fingerprint sensor is faster than what we saw in Vivo devices but is a bit slower than the traditional one in the OnePlus 6.
OnePlus 6T vs OnePlus 6 – Battery:
There has been a bump in the battery capacity in the OnePlus 6T with the battery now being a 3700mAh one as compared to the 3300 mAh battery in the OnePlus 6. We can expect the battery to last a whole day now on one full charge which was not the case in OnePlus 6.
OnePlus 6T vs OnePlus 6 – Price:
The company have launched three variants of the OnePlus 6T similar to the OnePlus 6 with the base variant discontinued.
- 6GB RAM with 128GB version is priced at $549 and Rs. 37,999 in India
- 8GB RAM with 128GB storage version costs $579 and Rs. 41,999 in India
- 8GB RAM with 256GB storage version costs $629 and Rs. 45,999 in India
The OnePlus 6T as usual is the better of the two and with no price difference it is an obvious choice between the two device. But is it worth upgrading from OnePlus 6 is a big NO.
