OnePlus 3 and 3T get OxygenOS 4.1.5 update with bug fixes

OnePlus 3 and OnePlus 3T smartphones have started getting the latest OxygenOS 4.1.5 update which comes with some new features like push notification for important information from OnePlus which I feel many will not be looking forward to. It comes with several bug fixes and bugs in certain apps being fixed. There is a bug fix for users who complained about problem with VoLTE connection in Jio. The other updates include optimizations for battery, Bluetooth, WiFi, GPS etc. Low light focus for Camera has been improved.

The Android OS is 7.1.1 with OxygenOS 4.1.5 OS update and it comes with the latest security update for May 2017. There is a change in the WiFi icon, the third party filemanagers storage issue has been fixed with this update.

List of new features and Bug Fixes in OxygenOS 4.1.5 update:

New additions:
• Added system push notifications for important information from OnePlus

• Updated network settings for select carriers
• Updated OnePlus Community app to v1.8
• Updated Android Security Patch level to 1st May 2017
• Modified WiFi no internet indication icon

• Fixed storage issue present on 3rd party filemanagers
• Fixed VoLTE issue on certain Jio SIM cards
• Fixed connection issue on Android Auto

The OxygenOS 4.1.5 update is different sized for the OnePlus 3T it is 90MB in size and for the 3 it is 87MB in size and do not worry if you have not received your update yet as it is said to be rolling out in phases and keep checking the software update section.
