Nokia to launch first smartphone post Microsoft takeover

Nokia is coming out with a smartphone post the Microsoft name change, this is not the first device which the company is releasing after Microsoft has taken over and removed the Nokia branding from Lumia devices. There was a N1 tablet which was launched earlier with some great specifications. Nokia is now rumoured to launch another device which can be named as C1, this seems to be a very confusing as Nokia had a device earlier named as C1-01.

Nokia C1 features and specifications are it comes with a 5 inch display with 720p or HD display. The device is going to come with a intel processor the exact model is not yet known and it has 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal Storage. The device will be running on Android Lollipop 5.0 with Nokia Z launcher skin over it. The device will sport a 8Mp rear or primary camera and a 5MP front facing camera.

According to rumours the device will be manufactured by Foxconn and this is due to the contract which it has with Microsoft preventing it from manufacturing devices till its contract ends which is in 2016. Other details such as the pricing and the availability or release of the device is not yet known, and some rumours state that this device will be launched in the first quarter of 2015 which is not confirmed by either the company or from any of the employees from the company.

So lets wait and see what further news comes out about the device and if there is any news from the company about the device and conformation about its features and other details like price and availability.

If the rumors are true and Nokia is going to come out with a device sporting the new Lollipop 5.0 with Z launcher then it is going to become a big it as there are many Nokia fans out there and if it is paired with Android Lollipop it is going to be a great hit.
