Nokia 7 Plus Android One smartphone with 6 inch FHD+ display, Snapdragon 660 SoC and Dual rear camera announced

HMD Global has launched their latest mid range offering, the Nokia 7 Plus alongside the Nokia 8 Sirocco, Nokia 1 etc at MWC 2018. The device is the successor to the Nokia 7 and it comes with some improved specifications like 6-inch 18:9 Full HD+ display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The Nokia 7 Plus is powered by an Octa Core Snapdragon 660 processor and coupled with 4GB LPDDR4 RAM and 64GB internal storage space which can be expanded up to 256GB using microSD card.

The Nokia 7 Plus comes with a Dual camera set up having 12MP rear camera with f/1.75 aperture, 1.4µm pixel size with ZEISS optics along with a 13 MP secondary camera with 1.0µm pixel size, f/2.6 aperture with ZEISS optics, dual-tone LED flash and a 16MP front-facing camera with ZEISS optics. The Device comes with Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box.

Unlike its elder sibling the Nokia 8 Sirocco it comes with a 3.5mm headphone jack and has three microphones with Nokia OZO Audio. The Fingerprint sensor is located on the back of the device. The device is powered by a 3800mAh battery which supports Fast charging. It comes with USB Type-C port and supports 4G VoLTE as well.

The Nokia 7 Plus is priced at 399 Euro which is approximately Rs. 31740 or $ 490 which is quite costly and we need to wait and see the pricing in India when it launches here. As for Europe it will be available from Early April.
