Motorola One and One Power announced with 5.9 and 6.2-inch displays in IFA Berlin

Motorola has launched two new smartphones under Android One program, the Motorola One and One Power at the IFA event in Berlin. Both the smartphones come with a notch along with 19:9 aspect ratio display with different size and resolutions – Motorola One having a 5.9-inch HD+ resolution display while the Motorola One Power having a 6.2-inch Full HD+ display. The Motorola One is powered by a 2GHz Octa-core Snapdragon 825 processor while the Android One Power smartphone comes with 1.8GHz Octa-core Snapdragon 636 processor.

The Motorola One comes with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage option while the One Power comes in two variants of – 3GB RAM and 32GB storage along with a 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage option. Both the devices come with expandable storage using microSD card up to 128GB. Both devices come with Android 8.1 Oreo, upgradable to Android 9.0 Pie OS out of the box.

Motorola One sports a Dual rear camera set up with 13MP rear camera with f/2.0 aperture and a secondary 2MP sensor with f/2.4 perture. The front facing camera is an 8MP sensor. The Motorola One Power on the other hand is a 16MP sensor along with a 5MP shooter, the front camera is a 12MP shooter. Both devices come ith P2i water-repellent nano coating making it water repellent but not water resistant.

The Motorola One is powered by a 3000mAh battery while One Power comes with a 5000mAh battery and both devices come with TurboPower fast charging.

The Motorola One is priced at €299 which is US$ 349 or Rs. 25,000 approximately and will roll out in Europe, Latin America and Asia Pacific starting from September. The Motorola One Power comes in Black, White and Golden colors (price not revealed yet) and will be available in India starting in October.
