Moto Z3 with 6-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display, SD 835, Dual Rear Camera set up announced

Motorola has announced their latest Flagship smartphone, the Moto Z3 in the Z series which comes with support for Moto Mods. The Moto Z3 comes with a Full HD+ Super AMOLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection on top. It is powered by a 2.45 GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 835 processor with Adreno 540 GPU. While all other Flagships are sporting the latest SD 845, Motorola has stuck to 835 in their Flagship. It comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB internal storage space which is expandable up to 2TB using microSD card.

The Moto Z3 comes with a similar design as its predecessor, one major change in the design is the missing Home button with Fingerprint sensor below the display which is now housed in the side – Side mounted Fingerprint Sensor. The Back of the device is also covered by Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection and it is lightweight and made up of aircraft-grade 6000 series aluminum frame.

The Moto Z3 sports a 12MP dual monochrome + RGB sernsors having f/2.0 aperture and 1.25Um pixel size, it ocmes with Laser Autofocus and Dual LED flash, Moto says it has Zero Shutter Lag or ZSL. The front camera is an 8MP shooter with f/2.0 aperture 1.12 um pixel size and wide-angle 84 degree lens and screen flash. The device is coated with Water Repellent nano-coating and has Front port loud speaker along with a 4 far field microphone system. It is powered by a 3000mAh battery.

The Moto Z3 comes with an interesting 5G Moto Mod with a built-in 2000mAh battery making the Moto Z3 the World’s first smartphone with 5G network access through Verizon, which is slated to launch in 2019 in select regions. Even the Moto Z2 will be supporting 5G with the help of 5G Moto mod and Motorola has partnered with Qualcomm to use the Snapdragon X50 modem and millimeter wave components.

The Moto Z3 is priced at  $480 which is Rs. 33,000 approximately in retial and via contract at $20 per month for 24 months through Verizon. The 5G moto mod will be available from early 2019.
