Microsoft Lumia 535 to be the first Lumia device without Nokia branding

Microsoft after announcing that all the Lumia devices will be branded with Microsoft naming is going to bring out the first device named Microsoft Lumia 535 which is going to be in the budget category. There is no official announcement from Microsoft but from leaked images from China we can make out that this is the device being released with Microsoft Logo in the back.

Coming to the features and Specifications of the device, Lumia 535 comes with a 5 inch HD display running on a 1.2 GHz Quad Core Snapdragon 200 processor with 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB internal memory which can be expanded to 64 GB using microSD card support. The device sports a 5MP Rear or Primary camera with LED flash and is having a VGA Front camera too which is a first for the Lumia 5 series. The device runs on Windows Phone 8.1 OS which is the latest by Microsoft. The device is powered by a 1,900 mAh battery which is pretty good considering it to be a Windows device. The device will be available in the usual Lumia device colors of Black, White, Orange, Blue, Green and Gray.

From the design aspect the device is similar to all the other Lumia devices with no physical buttons on the screen and having rounded edges and the device also has Dual SIM option. With Windows 8.1 OS and the new Microsoft branding along with a Front facing camera we have to see how the first device with Microsoft branding fares as it is targeted in the budget category devices which might be priced below $200 or Rs. 10,000 INR.

Microsoft Lumia 535 is going to be launched on November 11 as the first Microsoft branded Lumia Smartphone into the market.
