Micromax has launched their latest budget level smartphone, the Canvas 1 which comes with 4G VoLTE support. The device comes right after couple of months of launch of Micromax Canvas 2, the Canvas 1 comes with a 5-inch HD display having 2.5D curved glass in-cell display. It is powered by a quad-core MediaTek MT6737 processor along with 2GB LPDDR3 RAM and 16GB internal memory which is expandable up to 64GB using microSD card.
The Micromax Canvas 1 sports an 8MP rear camera with Dual-tone LED and f/2.2 aperture, the front camera is a 5MP front facing camera with LED flash 85-degree wide angle lens. At first glance the Canvas 1 looks similar to the iPhone 7 and OnePlus 5 on first glance with the rounded borders and the camera set up. The device takes on the likes of Moto C Plus and Xiaomi Redmi 4 which are in the budget segment as well.

The Micromax Canvas 1 is priced at Rs. 6,999 and is available in Matte Black and Chrome Black colors. It will be available across all retail stores in India and will come with 100-day replacement promise for any hardware issue which is a part of the 1-year product warranty.
