LG has just announced its latest device the G Style (Stylo) which has been a sudden announcement ahead of the companies G4 launch and this has been done earlier today in Korea. This is aimed at the Mid-Range category by LG where the device comes with a Large 5.7inch display and a Stylus as the name goes.
Coming to the specifications of LG G Style, the device comes with a 5.7 inch IPS LCD HD display with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution, the display comes with 258 ppi in it. the device measures 154.3 x 79.2 x 9.6mm and weighs at 163 grams. It is powered by a 64-bit Snapdragon 410 Quad-core chip clocked at 1.2GHz. LG has equipped Adreno 306 GPU and 1.5GB of RAM along with 8GB of internal memory which can be expanded using microSD card support upto 2TB which is one of its kind and a strange one as such microSD cards are not yet available in the market.
The device runs on android Lollipop 5.0 with LG UX on top of it to make the use of Stylus useful. The device comes with 8MP rear or Primary camera and a 5MP front facing camera. In the connectivity aspect the device comes is supported by 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.1 with A2DP and LE, GPS with a-GPS, NFC, TDMB support. It is powered by a 3000 mAh battery to help provide good talktime for the big display at offer. The display has special touch panel where more sensors are included to help recognize the stylus and make it useful. There is also a widget made for the stylus called the “Q Memo Plus” which will help you to take advantage of the widget. The device will be available in two colors Titanium and White.
Cost and Availability:
The LG G Style (Stylo) will be available in the global markets from May 5th and as it was announced in Korea it will be made available there first. The pricing of the device is not yet known and will be update as soon as it is announced.
