Complete List of Huawei Smartphones to receive Android 6.0 Marshmallow

Google’s Android 6.0 Marshmallow was revealed on the September 29 event which also hosted the launch of Nexus 5X and Nexus 6p devices. There were three developer previews released by Google to help fix the bugs before the final release. Android 6.0 Marshmallow was announced for Nexus devices like Nexus 5, Nexus 6, Nexus 7, Nexus 9 and Nexus Player which will be rolling out from October 5th.

With many Smartphone manufacturers releasing their list of smartphones to be getting the Android 6.0 Marshmallow, Huawei stands to be one of the first smartphone OEM’s to announce the list of devices to be receiving the update in an official release. Along with Huawei there will be Android 6.0 Marshmallow software update for Honor which is a subsidiary brand of Huawei.

List of Huawei smartphones to receive Android 6 marshmallow update

We can expect that the software update will be rolled out in January 2016 as Google mentioned the final Beta release of Android 6.0 Marshmallow to be released in January along with the stable release in the month of February 2016.

As we all know the Flagships of all the companies will be the first in line to receive the update followed by other devices. The company mentioned in the official statement that the software update will start releasing from November 2015 to the smartphones mentioned in the list. The exact date at which the devices will be receiving the update has not been mentioned, as we all know the software update will be rolled out in batches depending on the region to which the smartphone belongs, so you need to keep checking your smartphones regularly for the update.
