Honor a sub brand of Huawei has launched their latest smartphone, the Honor 8X which is going to be the successor of their hugely popular Honor 7X in India. The device sports a 6.5-inch Full HD+ display with 2340 x 1080 pixels resolution with 12:5:9 aspect ratio. It has an impressive screen to body ratio of 91%. It comes with a similar design as its earlier smartphones with a glossy back panel. The Honor 8X is powered by the Octa-core Kirin 710 processor with ARM Mali-G51 MP4 GPU.
The Honor 8X comes in two variants – 4GB RAM with 64GB internal storage and another variant – 6GB RAM with either 64GB or 128GB internal storage variants expandable up to 400GB using microSD card. It runs on Android 8.1 Oreo with EMUI 8.2 on top.

The Honor 8X sports a 20MP rear camera with LED Flash having an f/1.8 aperture along with a 2MP secondary camera which supports 480 fps slow-motion recording. The front camera is a 16MP shooter with f/2.0 aperture with 4-in-1 pixel binning technology and it supports face unlock and AI beautify.
The Honor 8X is priced at Rs. 14,999 for the 4GB RAM and 64GB storage variant, Rs. 16,999 for the 6GB RAM and 64GB variant and Rs. 18,999 for the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage variant. It is available in Black and Blue colors and will go on sale exclusively on Amazon.in starting from October 24th in India.
