Android 5.1.1 update for Nexus 4, Nexus 5, Nexus 7 (3G) 2012 and Nexus 7 2013 (LTE) models factory images have been released . This update was earlier released to the elder siblings of the devices which are now getting the update, earlier this update was released for the Nexus 7 (Wi-Fi), Nexus 7 2013 (Wi-Fi) and Nexus 10 devices.
The latest Android Lollipop 5.1.1 Lollipop update is 9.6 MB which can be installed OTA. The update was made available for Nexus 10 first and then the update was pushed for the Nexus 7 2012 (Wi-Fi) which was released a week later. This update was made available in India on May 6th for teh above mentioned devices.
This next set of devices to receive the Lollipop 5.1.1 update will start rolling out immediately and if you are having any of the devices mentioned above do check for any update in the Software update option under settings. According to Google this latest update the Android 5.1.1 with build number LMY47V is just a minor update from Android 5.1 having the build number LMY47D which is set to “improve performance and stability and fixes bugs”. There are no new features included into the update on the appearance or functionality aspect.

You have to check your device for software updates which you can install with OTA update and if you are not seeing any then it is better to wait for it as there is some time difference in releasing updates to some devices in some regions.
