Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 6-inch FullView display, SD 636 processor, Dual Rear camera set up and 5000mAh battery launched at Rs. 10,999

Asus has launched their latest smartphone, the Zenfone Max Pro M1 targeting highly competitive mid-range segment and has made a point by pricing the device aggressively starting at Rs. 10,999 for the 3GB RAM variant. The Zenfone Max Pro M1 competes against the Honor 7 Lite, Honor 7X and Redmi Note 5 Pro. It sports a 5.99-inch FHD+ display with 2.5D curved glass on top. It is powered by a Snapdragon 636 processor with three variants having 3GB / 4GB and 6GB RAM options.

The Zenfone Max Pro M1 runs on Stock Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box and the company has promised that the device will be receiving the Android P and Android Q updates as well. The device sports a Fingerprint sensor on the back. It comes with a Dual Camera set up having 13MP primary sensor with 1.12um pixel size and a 5MP secondary sensor having PDAF, LED flash. The front facing camera is an 8MP shooter with soft LED flash and f/2.2 aperture.

The device comes with a massive 5000 mAh Li-Po battery with up to 25.3 hour 1080p continuous video playback, up to 42 hours 3G talk time and up to 28 hours WiFi browsing time. It also has support for fast charging using 10W fast charger that can charge the phone in 2 hours and 42 minutes from 0 to 100%. The Zenfone Max Pro M1 comes with Max Box with the phone as an accessory to help amplify sound, it is a passive amplifier.

The ASUS Zenfone Max Pro (M1) is priced at Rs. 10,999 for the 3GB RAM with 32GB storage version and the 4GB RAM with 64GB storage version costs Rs. 12,999 and comes in Deepsea Black and Gray colors. The device will be available exclusively on Flipkart starting from May 3rd.

There is going to be another variant having 6GB RAM with 64GB storage version with 16MP primary rear and 16MP front camera for Rs. 14,999 later.
